Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable with a wonderful view of the ocean, and I particularly enjoyed spending time at the lovely bar looking out to the beach. However, it was very noisy and the windows only faced a narrow shaft. The service was extremely helpful, with staff going out of their way to offer assistance, though some were a bit stand-offish. The location was fantastic right on the beach esplanade, perfect for people-watching while enjoying breakfast. The dining experience was extra, but a bit on the pricey side with limited options. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were full of character and had all the essentials like a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a cozy desk. Being on the 6th floor at the top gave me a unique experience, even though I wished for windows going outside. The service started a bit stiff but turned out to be very pleasant, courteous, and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the old quarter and enjoying drinks with brilliant views over La Concha. The dining was basic but satisfactory, offering a lovely view of La Concha.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The location is prime, right on San Sebastián beach and close to various restaurants. The rooms offer a spectacular view of the beach promenade, especially those with balconies, making them look much bigger. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. However, the price premium for the location comes with some limitations like room temperature controls. The dining experience was of high quality, although a bit more variety in the breakfast options would have been appreciated. Overall, a great value for the superb location and amenities provided.
I couldn't have asked for a better location, being right on the beach with easy access to great restaurants. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The dining experience was good overall, especially the traditional fish dishes, but some variety in breakfast options would be welcome.
The hotel is in a prime location right on the 'boardwalk' near the beach, just a short walk from the center. The rooms were bright and airy, but the smell of raw sewage on the fourth floor dampened the experience slightly. The service was exceptional, especially with staff like Iker Bardaji. The dining experience was pleasant, offering good value for money at €11.
The hotel boasts a superb location right on La Concha Beach with friendly staff to assist with recommendations, though some dining challenges exist. The rooms are on the warm side but have air conditioning, and the location couldn't be better.
